As early as space planning. The single most valuable thing we do is a capacity check in week one — it tells you whether the existing service supports your scope before design assumes it does. Bringing us in after drawings are complete is where expensive surprises happen.
Distribution panels and switchboards typically run 8–20 weeks; service-entrance gear and transformers can be longer. We release these off preliminary drawings so the equipment date does not become your completion date.
Yes — permit-ready drawings, energy-code compliance documentation, load calculations, and the full inspection schedule from underground through final, tied to your certificate of occupancy.
Yes. We build from a design team’s construction documents, or we can provide design-build electrical — single-line, panel schedules and lighting design — under one contract with the installation.
Yes. When a load calculation shows the existing service is short, we manage the utility application, coordinate the upgrade, and schedule the switchover with minimal disruption to the rest of the build.
